Strategy / Communication / Knowledge systems

Clear thinking. Work that moves.

For leaders and institutions that need to turn existing expertise into a clear argument, an informed decision, or a useful piece of work.

The practical through-line

From complexity
to a public voice.

You have the experience, the material, and something worth saying. The work is to find the argument, establish what the evidence supports, and make the result clear to the people you need to reach.

Martin brings together executive communication, research, public affairs, teaching, and human-centered knowledge systems. Begin with a defined writing engagement or discuss a broader institutional question.

Before we begin

A clear brief.
A credible result.

Who is this for?

A founder, executive, civic leader, or institution with substantive ideas already in hand. The sprint is suited to one focused argument and a defined audience.

What belongs in the brief?

Your audience, the point you want to make, the source material, two or three examples of your voice, and any approval requirements. Include your desired deadline so availability can be confirmed.

What falls outside this scope?

Original interview programs, open-ended research, a series of unrelated articles, additional revision rounds, design, and publishing operations need a separate agreement. A changed argument or new source packet may require a new scope.

How are claims and confidentiality handled?

The claim/source sheet makes the evidentiary basis visible for review. You retain final approval of the argument and wording. Confidentiality, attribution, and permitted use of the material are agreed before you share sensitive inputs.

How do I book?

Send a short inquiry describing the topic, audience, available material, and desired delivery date. Martin confirms fit and availability, then provides the written scope and payment instructions. This website collects inquiries; it does not process payment.
